Teachers are the catalysts of social change. Dedicated teachers can change the lives of students. In our society, teacher is a very influential person in a student's life. In our culture we consider teacher equal to God. (Madha, Pidha, Guru, Daivam). We are living in the era of learning. Educational innovators invent new learning principles and new teaching methods. But most of our teachers are not aware about these new findings. We train the teachers in all aspects of teaching- new brain based learning and teaching methods, effective communication (verbal & non-verbal), dynamic teaching, different learning styles of students, visual, auditory and kinaesthetic methods of teaching etc. After the training, teachers will get the insight as teaching is not only the knowledge transferring process, actually is a transformation process.
